Gregory Van Hyfte is a cultural innovator and spiritual entrepreneur, known for their ability to bridge worlds between marginalized communities and philanthropic initiatives. With decades of executive and founding experience in several grassroots initiatives, He excels at creating strong, accountable teams based on authenticity and common goals. With interdisciplinary studies in higher education, they seamlessly integrate personal growth into professional work with individuals, teams, and organizations, with a deep understanding of how systems work.

Their background includes community-based clinical counseling, research, and program development in HIV/AIDS care and prevention, hospice work, and integrative health. Experience with group dynamics and supervision of social work and graduate-level psychology interns informs his coaching and mentorship services. As a trained yoga instructor, dream guide, shamanic practitioner, and interspiritual counselor, Gregory has an eye to wellness in all that they do—with balance. They are in touch with the times and are future-oriented to co-creating the world we'd like to see manifested. He has worked on initiatives co-creating scholarship programs and supporting yoga teacher and yoga therapist education. He compassionately responds to the needs of burnout grind culture and offers innovative solutions that meet clients where they’re at.

Gregory has a knack for shining light on key blind spots to co-create harmonious, high-performing, and creative teams. Fifth Star Collective is a collective of public health and social work professionals partnering for growth and healing. Co-Founder & Consultant Mallory Edgar has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit and academic settings in the public health field. Her previous work has included direct service, mixed methods research, program planning, evaluation, and management, in the areas of HIV prevention, wellness, and LGBTQ health.

Krueger Consulting is led by Brad Krueger, an experienced public health evaluator, with a Master’s in Public Health and a background in healthcare. To help set organizations up for long-term success in managing the nuances and challenges of evaluation, KC tailors services to meet clients where they are. Brad is a dedicated learner, constantly reading, writing, and interacting with his professional associations, including the American Evaluation Association and local affiliates, as well as the American Public Health Association and its local affiliates.
