President & Founder

I, Gregory Van Hyfte (he/they), am a queer-identified and genderfluid dreamer, teacher, guide, coach, social justice advocate, social entrepreneur, shamanic practitioner, and inquisitive soul seeking truth, balance, healing, and interconnectedness on an ever-evolving spiritual path. I wrote my first grant in high school to found the Mother Earth Recycling Club and have enjoyed birthing projects and ideas into the world while supporting others’ visions and missions along the way. I have decades of non-profit experience and consulting work partnering with clients to support their mission work through the services described on this site. Additionally, one of my passions has been delving deeply into personal growth and transformational practices and studies - including diving into my own dream meanings since high school and having a yogic lifestyle (since college) and teaching (since 2005).

Recent executive-level experience developing grassroots-level initiatives enabled me to craft equitable human resources policies and practices; coach volunteers, interns, and employees with balance and wellness; work in co-leadership models; dive deeper into contemplative practices; and lead program development initiatives with a lens of racial justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, antiracism, and community-based participatory processes. Meanwhile, my decades of personal dreamwork practice deepened with shamanic dreaming circles which invited me to integrate many areas of my life. I aim to bring this integrative focus to all client work - from grant writing and strategic planning to one-on-one or group coaching.
